Create a symbol of a productive harvest by adorning crafts-store wheat chaffs with hypericum berries and pleated stars-and-stripes paper rosettes. To make the rosettes, download the striped and starred papers and print out on a color printer. Cut several rectangles of each (making larger rectangles of the striped paper). Fold each rectangle accordion-style to make pleats. With the pleats compressed, fold them once in half in the middle. Open the pleats like a fan, and tape the ends of one fan to the end of another fan, like pieces of a pie, until you form a complete circle. The striped paper will form a larger circle than the starred paper; glue the smaller starred circle on top of the striped circle. Attach a brass brooch or button to the middle, and then attach all to a wheat chaff with berries.
