Charleston designer Kimberly Williams and her husband, Craig, added a 250-square-foot kitchen to their house. The new room received a dose of old-house charm with salvaged heart-pine flooring and a pair of French doors that open to a tiny side garden. The former kitchen is now a cozy seating area and storage pantry in an adjacent room.
