Currently in its 40th year, the Ann Arbor Antiques Market takes place just a few miles from the campus of the University of Michigan. Hundreds of dealers, with offerings ranging from 18th-century furniture to retro tableware, set up on the Washtenaw Farm Council Grounds (5055 Ann Arbor Saline Road, Ann Arbor) one weekend every month.

Located within five miles of such prestigious New England colleges as Smith and Amherst, the Olde Hadley Flea Market takes place every Sunday, April to October (on Route 47, north of Hadley). More than 100 dealers offer their wares from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., but the best stuff goes early.
September 14: Rose Bowl Flea Market, Pasadena, CA

With its name evoking images of college football at its post-season best, the Rose Bowl Flea Market takes place the second Sunday of every month, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The venue is located within a few miles of UCLA and USC. More than 1,000 dealers fill this outdoor market, and a number of celebrities are usually in the crowd as well.
