Antiques dealer Jim Williams spotted this vintage two-piece cupboard with zinc top and had to take it home. But as an artist with a love of eye-catching colors, he didn't hesitate to paint the back of the cupboard a honeydew-melon green.
Not only does the green better show off his collection of vintage ironstone and brown transferware, but this fresh color is a happy pair with the cupboard's warm brown wood. Though perfectly crisp lines are highly overrated, you may want to tape off the shelves and back before picking up your paintbrush.
