Give a stainless-steel utility sink a softer edge with a crisply pleated skirt made from a striped fabric and edged with a thick creamy band. This one is attached with Velcro so that it’s easy to remove and toss in the wash if needed. Use Half & Half tape from Velcro. Stick half to the sink, and stitch the other half to the fabric.
