Paired with a few simple furnishings, the rich tones of an antique dresser make this piece—originally a bedroom fixture—a perfect focal point for the living room. Lisa completed the look by lining up a row of vintage finials atop the dresser and hanging black-and-white photographs by noted local artist Dan Murtagh. An open niche to the kitchen holds china; simple, small-scale pendants help define the separation without blocking the view.
