Eliminate upper cabinets on one wall of the kitchen to open up a small space. A floating shelf offers additional storage and a mirror creates the illusion of space. The cabinets are made from reclaimed pine doors. The door panels were cut up, bleached, then finished with gesso and a coat of paste wax. Check out more images of this house.
