Architectural intervention: It's been a few weeks of waiting, but this morning Linda showed us her revised plans for dealing with the foundation. We'll gain one foot of depth in the kitchen, but not the extra foot in width on the addition, and that's okay with us. She says she'll finish drawing them this week, and then get the structural engineer to sign off on them. After that, we should be up and running again, albeit several weeks behind schedule. Sigh.
