Ki found four of these large casters for $5 each at the Nipomo Swap Meet and thought they’d make great graphic bookends. This is the easiest project and requires just scrap wood, trim, and paint.

Step 1. Nail trim or molding around the edges of a block of scrap wood.
Step 2. Prime the blocks.
Step 3. Paint the blocks a chosen color. (Sue and Ki liked blue.)
Step 4. Screw the casters, through their pre-existing holes, into the wood blocks.
