Tablecloth borders take store-bought cardboard picture mats from drab to dreamy.

Cut fabric 1 inch wider than each mat. Use spray adhesive to adhere fabric to front of mat; wrap fabric to the back, clipping the inside corners, and secure with fabric glue. Under the image, glue on a mini metal label holder from a scrapbooking store. (If your fabric mat and label become too bulky for the frame, simply remove the glass.) Picture perfect!
