Sew friendly seersucker fabric into a fresh summer frock for a side table. Cut a circle of fabric to fit the top of the table, with an extra 1/2-inch for seams. For the skirt, cut a length as long as the diameter of the table (adding 1/2-inch to all sides for the seams). To get a uniform scallop shape, trace around a saucer or oval dish onto Kraft paper. Then use the paper as a pattern.
