PAPER ANGEL
Using ordinary paper stock, create fabulous package embellishments and ornaments. To construct this angel gift tag, cut two angel shapes from paper. Use scrapbooking punches to add decorative cutouts to one of the shapes. Cut two slits at the waist for threading ribbon and securing the tag to a package.
