Print them on cream-color paper. Cut out. Attach using ModPodge decoupage medium. Cut small hearts from red felt. Add sparkle with tiny micro-beads (brush hearts with tacky glue, then sprinkle on beads). Use white crafts glue to adhere hearts to the plaque.
