Wear a sign of the season above your heart with this felt brooch. Download the pattern, then cut the concentric flower shapes out of felt, which doesn’t fray. Stack the felt shapes from large to small sizes (see photo), and tack them together at the center using a needle and thread. Then sew a brooch pin to the “top” of the stacked petals forming the flower’s “stamen;” these pins can be found in the jewelry-making aisle of the crafts store—or add a small brooch from your grandmother’s jewelry box.
