If you’re the creative type (and what Shopgirl isn’t?), you crave personalization. Why stop at your kitchen cabinets? Thomasville Cabinetry at The Home Depot can be ordered with plain door panel inserts that you decorate yourself. We bedecked ours with wood buttons from a crafts store for the look of chenille. There are only a few simple steps to make this look your own.
Step 1: Measure to determine the size of circles you’ll need to create overlapping rings of the Double Wedding Ring pattern.
Step 2: Draw circles on the panels using pencil.
Step 3: Attach the buttons in the desired pattern using wood glue.
Step 4: Once the glue has set, paint the panel a favorite color. Let dry and reinsert into your cabinet door’s frame. |
