Don and Sally Schmitt have created Philo Apple Farm in California as a living classroom for the cultivation and sharing of its namesake fruit. Every weekend from February to Thanksgiving, they welcome guests to their farm and into the classroom to cook, eat, rest, and take part in what Sally calls “the good life.”
Experience The Apple Farm any weekend from February to November. Day visits are open for gathering apples or purchasing vinegars, jams, juices, and other products.
